Golden Petals began as a baby balm. Born from a mother's desire to tend to the most delicate skin with nothing but the purest botanicals the earth could offer. It has since grown into something more: a beloved multipurpose calendula ointment that belongs in every home, on every body, at every age.

Slow-infused with hand-grown calendula blooms. The beloved sun herb revered for centuries for its ability to soothe, repair, and restore, this silky botanical cream melts on contact and wraps the skin in a golden veil of living plant care. Pure enough for a newborn. Powerful enough for the most stubborn dryness.

The Living Botanicals:

Hand-Grown Calendula Infusion — slow-steeped in golden jojoba oil; the sun herb, beloved for centuries for its ability to soothe, calm, and gently restore the skin
Golden Jojoba Oil — a liquid wax that speaks the language of the skin, providing perfectly balanced, non-greasy nourishment
Copaiba Resin — an ancient Amazonian botanical, soothing and calming, with a soft, earthy sweetness
Lavender Essential Oil — a living floral that calms irritation and brings gentle comfort to even the most sensitive skin
Beeswax — a natural protector, sealing in moisture and creating a breathable, healing barrier

The Ritual: Warm a small amount between your fingers and press into clean, dry skin. Use as often as needed. On baby skin, chapped cheeks, rough patches, cuticles, dry lips, or anywhere that calls for a little golden care.

Shipping will occur on most weekends but not on holidays. If Spell House is experiencing a high volume of orders, you may experience a delay in shipping. If this is the case you will be notified.

1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep, depending on location.

2. What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

6. What makes this incense different?

Spell House incense is a charcoal based incense, meaning, it produces less smoke than traditional incense. It is oil based rather than wood and resin based and sticks are 10" in length giving them a longer burn time (up to 1 hour).

7. Is it safe to burn incense?

All scents are made from Spell House oil blends that contain zero phthalates or harsh chemicals. All materials are ethically sourced, vegan based with no animal testing.
