Each pack contains: 20 incense sticks that burn for 45-60 min. Incense is wrapped in recyclable plastic to preserve the scent and prevent oil leakage on packaging.  Packaging is made from recycled kraft paper and hand sewn.Â

1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep, depending on location.Â
2. What's your return policy?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
6. What makes this incense different?
Spell House incense is a charcoal based incense, meaning, it produces less smoke than traditional incense. It is oil based rather than wood and resin based and sticks are 10" in length giving them a longer burn time (up to 1 hour).Â
7. Is it safe to burn incense?
All scents are made from Spell House oil blends that contain zero phthalates or harsh chemicals. All materials are ethically sourced, vegan based with no animal testing. Â

What a beautiful package to receive in the mail! Everything was carefully packaged in beautiful paper. The incense smell amazing, burn perfectly. Extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again!
This incense stick is beyond incredible. Clean burning, clean aroma and it Carrie's well and the scent composition is discernible. Even hubby enjoys it when he comes home from work. As he puts it not heady, overpowering or perfumy. A superb handmade product by a skilled artisan. Definitely give it a try, well worth it for a first class product made locally.
I can not believe how absolutely amazing this incense is! I used to burn a mix of other brands, but these are so much better. Samhain and Lovespell are really good. I tried burning some of the other incense brands I have today and they smell "off" to me now. I won't be going back. I can't wait to get more.
