Verdure is a rosemary hair oil born from one of nature's most ancient and celebrated botanical traditions. Simple, potent, and deeply nourishing, a slow-infused blend of olive and castor oil steeped with fresh rosemary, the herb that herbalists and healers have turned to for centuries to awaken the scalp and encourage new growth.
This is hair care stripped back to its living roots. No synthetics. No silicones. No empty promises. Just the earth's own remedy, bottled with intention.
The Living Botanicals:
- Rosemary Infusion — the star of the ritual; a living herb celebrated for its ability to stimulate circulation, awaken the scalp, and encourage the growth of new, healthy hair
- Olive Oil — a golden, ancient oil rich in vital fats and nutrients that deeply nourish the scalp and strengthen the hair from root to tip
- Castor Oil — a thick, tenacious botanical that coats and protects each strand, adding shine and supporting a healthy scalp environment
- Sweet Marjoram — a gentle living herb that soothes the scalp and complements rosemary's awakening energy
The Ritual:
For new growth: massage a small amount into the scalp, giving attention to dry or thinning areas. Leave overnight to absorb, then wash as usual. Alternatively, wrap in a warm towel for one hour.
For split ends: apply to ends and leave overnight or for one hour before washing.
For conditioning: warm a small amount between palms and distribute through hair. Leave for one hour or overnight.
Start with a small amount and add more as needed. Use consistently — new growth takes time, but the earth is patient, and so is this oil.

Shipping will occur on most weekends but not on holidays. If Spell House is experiencing a high volume of orders, you may experience a delay in shipping. If this is the case you will be notified.

1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep, depending on location.
2. What's your return policy?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
6. What makes this incense different?
Spell House incense is a charcoal based incense, meaning, it produces less smoke than traditional incense. It is oil based rather than wood and resin based and sticks are 10" in length giving them a longer burn time (up to 1 hour).
7. Is it safe to burn incense?
All scents are made from Spell House oil blends that contain zero phthalates or harsh chemicals. All materials are ethically sourced, vegan based with no animal testing.
